Ordering

How long does delivery take?
Delivery time is 5 to 10 business days from the time of order. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a track & trace code via email.

Can I still change my order?

Returns

Can I return my order?
Yes. You have a 14-day cooling-off period from receipt. Please see our returns policy for the conditions.

How do I care for my jewelry?
Take off your jewelry before showering, swimming or exercising. Avoid contact with perfume, cream and cleaning products. Store them dry and separately, for example in a soft pouch.
